Females
Our registered females are the foundation of the Pam Durham Shorthorns program. They are selected first and foremost for maternal strength, sound structure, and calm disposition, with an emphasis on cows that function in real ranch conditions. These females are expected to calve unassisted, maintain good udders and feet, and raise strong, consistent calves without excess management.
We focus on building cow families that are productive, easy to handle, and dependable over time. As our program continues to grow, we remain committed to developing registered females that reflect the kind of cows we enjoy working with everyday — practical, honest, and built to last.
